Casio W221H is a Walmart Monster for Just $35!

The Casio W221H is a new model with a bunch of old, familiar features. The rectagular case gives lots of room for its larger-than-normal digits. This watch has a World Time mode, a 24-hour stopwatch, a 24-hour countdown timer, three alarms (one of which is a Snooze alarm) which can be set for specific months and/or specific dates during the month, an hourly signal, an amber LED backlight AND flash alerts to go with the "beeps" in various modes. All of this, along with plus-or-minus 30 seconds per month accuracy and ten years of battery life on its lithium CR2032 battery. The watch uses module 3585. The case size is 43.7 × 38.4 × 12.2 mm and that's close to the size of the AE1200 model except that this new watch is thicker. The watch was released just a few months ago and it's apparently very popular. Reports are saying that supplies are limited in many parts of the world and discounted prices are rare at eBay or other retail sites. The watch, as of the day I made this video, is NOT available at Amazon but you can find screen protectors for it at Amazon. In my case, I found the watch inside a local Walmart store for $35. Casio's suggested retail price is $45.95 when it's in stock. There are at least three versions of this watch including the one in this video, the off-white version and an international "blackout" version with a negative LCD.
