【一能登島（HITOTSU NOTOJIMA)】ミシュランキー1つ星 能登で味わう本物の美味と極上の癒しを満喫　鮨のリゾートオーベルジュ

We went to Japan in early November 2024, traveled to several areas and stayed in several Ryokans and hotels. This time, we made a video about our visit to Kenrokuen Garden in Kanazawa, the resort auberge “HITOTSU NOTOJIMA” and Notojima Aquarium on Notojima Island in Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture. We took the Shinkansen from Kaga Station, the closest station to our lodging on the previous day, to Kanazawa Station. Since we had a few hours before our transfer train, we went sightseeing at Kenrokuen Garden. Hitotsu Notojima is located in a spectacular location overlooking Nanao Bay on Noto Island and is the first and only Sushi auberge in the Hokuriku region. For dinner, we enjoyed a blissful time as the skilled chefs served us exquisite Sushi, mainly using fish from the Noto Peninsula, which is known as a treasure trove of ingredients. The room we stayed in this time was a special room called "SUSO," a wonderful room with an in-room sauna and a terrace overlooking Nanao Bay, making for a very comfortable stay. At the private spa, we were able to enjoy the open-air bath with a spectacular view of Nanao Bay and the spacious sauna. As we were the only guests staying that day, we were able to receive undivided hospitality from the staff, making for a special and luxurious stay. After checking out, we went to Notojima Aquarium to see whale sharks and other fish that swim in the waters off the Noto Peninsula. This video is a little long, but we hope you enjoy it.
