Why use the Saucer Magnolia in your landscape?...It's got incredible scented tulip-like blooms that appear in the cool season, so when other plants are still dormant, this small tree packs a massive visual punch! It's best in Sometimes called Chinese Magnolia, it works great in Zen gardens, but is also cross-stylistic and can work in cottage and traditional style landscapes as well.
