This lemon cake... fluffy, quick, easy, and super delicious :-) Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 pinch of salt 300 g butter 300 g sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 350 g flour 1/2 packet baking powder 2 lemons (with edible zest) 250 g powdered sugar Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes.
