Sailing in Survival Conditions! A regatta on my brothers 59er Skiff gets very, very windy!

In this episode I get back out on the water at the first big regatta of the 24-25 sailing season, Sail Mordi, held at Mordialloc Sailing Club on Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay. This year I’m sailing my brother’s Bethwaite-designed 59er skiff, a two man boat that was designed to replace the Tasar, but never really took off. We battle a very light and shifty breeze on day one, before a rapidly building northerly breeze makes racing all about surviving and getting around the course safely on day two!
