We had no idea Karijini National Park existed until a few months ago. We had to make it a stop on our journey in Western Australia. Karijini National Park is part of the Pilbara region in Western Australia. It's remote and rugged with awe-inspiring red-cliffed mountains. We free camped and spent 2 nights at Dales Campground. We hiked some of the most iconic gorges we've ever seen and cooled off in the swimming hole (Fern Pool) with a cascading waterfall.
