The Crystal Architecture Next Generation platform and next-generation matrix transducers provide high resolution and a stable signal at any depth. This foundation underpins automation using artificial intelligence (AI): the system recognizes sections, takes measurements, and records data in real time—while the physician holds the transducer. Up to 39 standard fetal sections and up to 46 key measurements are available without manual intervention. Konstantin Knyazev, an ultrasound diagnostician, instructor at the Medtrain Training Center, and a clinical specialist at MEDLIGA, demonstrates the Z20 in real-life clinical scenarios: thyroid, blood vessels, abdominal organs, abdominal and transvaginal pelvis examinations, and fetal examination. Each section demonstrates the operation of specific tools: HQ-Vision and elastography for thyroid examinations, MV-Flow and LumiFlow for microcirculation assessment, S-Detect for nodule characterization, and EzExam+ for protocol standardization. In obstetrics, these tools include UterineAssist, 5D Follicle, 5D CNS+, Live ViewAssist, HeartAssist, and 3D/4D volumetric visualization. All these tools don't exist in isolation—together, they form a new model of physician workflow, where the ultrasound system becomes an active assistant during the examination.
