Hypertension in pregnancy includes chronic, gestational, and pre-eclampsia. It is diagnosed at BP more than140/90 mmHg (severe more than 160/110), with proteinuria assessed by PCR or ACR. Labetalol is first-line treatment, aiming BP less than135/85, and aspirin is given in high-risk women.
