Smaller OTIS (Mod) Traction Elevator - Carlton Cannes, FR

Before we get to the main elevators in this hotel let's take a look at one of the smaller elevators located at one end of the hotel wing. From the wide door frame that spans the shaft's width and skinny doors, one can tell that this used to be a 1970s low cost French OTIS elevator with black buttons. I bet it had received quite a few modernization earlier on, with the latest one done in 2022 when the hotel was being renovated. And there's a possibility that this elevator was either newly added or installed to replace an even older elevator considering this hotel dates back from the early 1910s. Speed wise, it runs pretty fast though the car sways a lot (you can even see the door shakes). Not sure if this is a Gen2 Mod or not. Like the main elevators, all the guestroom floors are locked out except for the ground, ES (mezzanine) and for some reason, 7th floor.
