Forni criminali MILANO DUOMO

The "formati sui forno" (formats about ovens) arrives in Milan, and it does so in grand style for two simple reasons. First, we start in Piazza del Duomo and wander through the central area, ending at the columns of San Lorenzo. Second, I was almost certain I'd find tourist traps, but instead I stumbled upon two very, very good bakeries. The last one holds a surprise for my palate with incredibly delicious focaccias. So, in this first episode, Milan not only defends itself but also demolishes clichés that, indeed, aren't always true.
