Made here with chicken livers, this liver mousse comes together in a flash and keeps for over a week in the refrigerator. In fact, like most pâtés, the flavors intensify over time, and the chicken liver mousse will be even better after 3 or 4 days of resting. You'll see, this chicken liver mousse will be a hit with both adults and children. No more of those little metal tins containing who-knows-what... Personally, my choice is easy: I prefer to get cooking! With this mousse, delight your guests at your next cocktail party or add a touch of indulgence to your family picnics.
