June proved what those systems could carry - a wider employer pipeline, deeper partnerships, and governance milestones that reinforce readiness for scale. 🤝 New employer conversations opened with a global consulting and technology services major and a global technology and computing leader, including a new apprenticeship pathway in Tamil Nadu — extending inclusive hiring into structured, cost-effective entry points for freshers. 🧩 Partnerships deepened with a Delhi-NCR based NGO, an assistive technology-focused NGO, and a Bengaluru-based NGO for persons with visual impairment, connecting 30+ individuals into the network this month. 🏛️ Completed Module One of the Niranthara governance programme across 53 compliance parameters, alongside organisation-wide POSH training — reinforcing the systems that make growth sustainable. 💼 A placement drive with Vindhya E-Info Media delivered four placements this batch, while a job fair hosted by an NGO partner connected candidates to 12 employers. 🌈 Outreach expanded to transgender graduates, with WinVinaya now actively engaging employers ready to open new doors to this community.
