Mr. Mahurin's 4th Grade -- Latin

Who says Latin is a dead language? It is alive and well in Mr. Mahurin's classroom! The classical trivium is not just something we read in the pages of a school handbook; the trivium is something we live in every classroom. At every stage, at every age, we teach how students learn. In the Grammar School, there is a lot of motion, repetition, singing, chanting, etc. In the Dialectic School, teachers coach students in critical thinking skills, exploration, and discovery.
