DJay 95 Plays: Cyber Commando (Arcade)

Hey players, DJay here with another arcade exclusive longplay on another arcade shooter, Cyber Commando. Note: The battle against Metal Serpent was omitted by accident. My apologies. Description of the game: Cyber Commando is a 3D multi-directional shooter by Namco released exclusively for the Japanese arcades in October 1994, running on the Namco System 22 hardware. It is a sequel to 1993 Cyber Sled without any home ports unlike its predecessor. In the year 2098 A.D., an organization named G.A.L.O.F corporation had finished construction of mankind's very first Space Colony (Island Three) "Uranus". However, that same year, the enemy threat, Rama, set their eyes on Uranus and sought to occupy it for their own evil ambition. To prevent them from fulfilling it however, the UGSF have deployed their Special Attack Team, Cyber Commando, to destroy the Uranus Rebellion. Playing similarly to Cyber Sled, players select between 6 different vehicles, varying in speed, strength and power. The goal is to destroy the enemy target before the timer runs out by depleting the shield to zero. To avoid damage, cover must be taken by hiding behind walls. Placed throughout the arena are ammunition refill capsules that refill the player's or enemy's ammunition if they run out of bullets or missiles (shield repairs are no longer included though). If the enemy is destroyed, the player advances to the next enemy target. If the player's ship is destroyed or time runs out, the player loses and must try again. Choose your best suited vehicle and eradicate the Raman forces for good!
