POBIŁAM KOLEJNY REKORD, CNF -45m 'hands free' 🔵 Niedawno pobiłam kolejny życiowy rekord w zanurzeniu na jednym, własnym wdechu, bez płetw tzw CNF (constant weight without fins) na 45 metrów przy wyrównywaniu ciśnienia, naturalnie "hands free". Wg mnie CNF jest najtrudniejszą i najbardziej wymagającą dyscypliną we freedivingu. I najbardziej zbliżoną do natury.. Film przedstawia jeden z treningów CNF.
