It boasts more sunny days than any other area on the island, making it ideal for sun-seekers and those interested in outdoor activities year-round. The town is a quaint and peaceful fishing village that retains much of its original charm and character despite the tourism growth. Its streets are lined with traditional Canarian architecture, offering a glimpse into the island's rich cultural heritage.
