We recently discussed a client who in an effort to make a good #environmental decision had a roof moisture scan performed, but found out too late the information received was inaccurate. That was a function of the wrong scan technology being employed. Based upon that video I’ve received several requests to give more detail on how each of the 3 prime roof moisture survey methodologies actually work.
