Having always owned Singers and owning a mechanical Singer Supera, my feedback on this electronic machine is more than positive. The machine offers many features that are not available on the mechanical one, such as a greater variety of stitches and the ability to embroider letters, numbers, and patterns. You can also choose your sewing speed, it sews on its own, and much more. I'm completely won over. I find the Singer Supera F687C makes sewing easier.
