Rare Takara 1978 Star Wars Darth Vader restoration - Toy Polloi

This is one of those toy I never thought I would own. A rare 17cm tall Star Wars Darth Vader made by Takara in Japan from 1978. Whenever I see them they are always out of my price range. But a lucky find using the JPfans website allowed me to get this broken version for a very good price. He needs some work to get him displayable again so let's get to work.
