Outed by a Family Member

The plaintiff says the defendant is his cousin. They used to be close until his cousin outed him on social media before the plaintiff was ready to tell his family he’s gay. He’s suing for emotional distress and cable bill. The defendant says the plaintiff called CPS on her, so she’s countersuing for defamation.
