Grote Company’s robotic solutions fully automate industrial sandwich-making by performing a range of high-care applications on your production line, like ingredient and sandwich alignment, lidding and de-lidding, stacking, and placing into packaging. In this proof-of-concept demo video, robots assemble a biscuit or burger line by de-lidding the top bread, placing meat and cheese on the bun, and then lidding the sandwich. The robots can perform up to 100 actions per minute. Robotic systems are hygienic and integrate with our sandwich assembly equipment. Custom solutions, including multiple robot cells, four-axis or delta robots, custom end-of-arm tooling, controls, and enclosures, are designed for your exact production needs.
