🔥 Pellet production line for agricultural pellets made from agricultural waste: 🌻 sunflower ets

The video demonstrates the following equipment set-up: ✅ Metering screw feeder with a 2 m³ hopper (can be replaced with a 1 m³ or 3 m³ model). ✅ 22 kW pellet mill (can be replaced with 15 kW or 37 kW models). ✅ Cooling system with a capacity of 1,000 kg/h, featuring a drum screen. This line can produce: 🔥 fuel pellets from wood residues: wood chips, sawdust, shavings, MDF, chipboard, plywood. Including wood species such as oak, pine, spruce, birch, alder, beech and poplar, either separately or in a mixture, clean or with bark. 🔥 fuel pellets from agricultural waste: sunflower stalks, soya, rapeseed, hemp, hops, maize, nettles, straw, miscanthus, tobacco; sunflower seed husks, husks of any grain, garlic, buckwheat. 🌾 feed pellets of any composition, including those with added hay and alfalfa. 🥕 pellets made from food products: tea (black, green, hibiscus, chamomile), coffee, starch, carrots, buckwheat, apples. 🍺 Pellets made from non-traditional materials: brown and black coal, limestone, scoria, coffee grounds, malt, spelt.
