MiiCoffee Apex Full Review - Gaggia Classic Pro, hold my beer!

Featuring the https://miicoffee.shop/products/miico... (affiliate link) Until now, the Gaggia Classic Pro, aka GCP has been probably the best selling home prosumer espresso machine. Now, it may well have to share that seat with the new Apex by MiiCoffee. The Apex includes a manometer, which the GCP doesn't. It includes adjustable flow control, via screw. It offers a PID! Finally, it offers a dual heating system, so that one can go between espresso brewing and milk steaming without having to wait, and thereby saving water, too. Besides that, this machine is very well built. Just take a look at my video opening up the machine. Really the only downside is the heritage. The Apex is also known as the Legato by Turin, or additionally as the Corrima, or Gemalia. It has many aliases, because it comes from China and is marketed via various firms. Nevertheless, the punch it packs for its price is undeniable, regardless of origin.
