My first trip to Afghanistan

My first trip to Afghanistan was truly an exciting experience. Everyone told me not to go, but I decided to take the risk. Despite the restrictions and other challenges the country faces, I found the people to be incredibly kind and welcoming to tourists. I also can’t forget the many beautiful places I saw, from stunning wedding halls like this one to breathtaking landscapes and fresh air that truly refreshes the soul. Everywhere I went, people greeted me with warm smiles, and there was so much beauty to appreciate. The only thing that saddened me was the restrictions placed on women. I sincerely hope these restrictions will come to an end soon, so that the women of Afghanistan can live freely and build the lives they deserve.
