Rescuers rushed him to the vet, where it was confirmed he had been deliberately starved for weeks. Despite his frail body, Harvey’s tail still wagged and his gentle spirit shone through. His recovery was slow and fragile, filled with small meals, medical care, and constant love. Day by day, he grew stronger—barking, playing, and finally running again.
