The video explains how to fit a Generalized Linear Mixed model with a binary response variable and with a randomized block design in both the Frequentist and Bayesian frameworks. The fitting of the models, the interpretation of the parameters and posterior distribution is discussed in detail. The goodness of fit of the models to data is accomplished with a residual analysis using the Dunn-Smyth residuals.
