When Linda described her back as "horrific," I knew her story would inspire so many people. Despite a painful back, arthritis, needing a physical therapist to show her how to get in and out of her van, and needing a lot of time to get her body to cooperate to begin each day, Linda refused to let those challenges keep her on the couch. Instead, she created a campervan designed around her unique needs so she could continue making memories and living life to the fullest. Her Ford Transit cargo van is filled with thoughtful modifications that make traveling possible, and it's a wonderful example of adapting your dreams instead of giving them up. One of my favorite parts of Linda's story is the incredible support she's received from her son and brother. Rather than discouraging her, they helped build the van and encouraged her to pursue the life she wanted. It's a beautiful reminder of what can happen when family believes in us.
