The desire for a comfortable home with a modern minimalist theme was a primary consideration for the architect in the design process. And this is the result. The client, who wanted minimal partitions in his home, chose a carport instead of a garage to minimize the presence of massive walls. Facing the carport is a spacious area that we designed with villa-style landscaping. This spacious garden provides a refreshing and visually appealing view of the interior. The spacious front yard allows for a more comfortable view of the building's facade. To avoid a heavy and bulky impression, natural stone or cladding was used as little as possible on the exterior. Furthermore, the balconies were made wider and longer, enhancing the contemporary, modern style of the house. The house was designed in an L-shape to minimize the appearance of bulk. Furthermore, this L-shape is also the optimal shape, creating a more comfortable home with better air circulation and even natural light to every area.
