Danish Air Transport MD-87, OY-JRU - The last MD-87 in Europe

This MD-87 is one of a kind... After having served Danish Air Transport for many years, it was to leave the fleet several times in 2013 and 2014. For 4 months it was stored at Stockholm Arlanda awaiting its destiny. In May 2014 it came back, and started flying charter flights from Billund. Eventually, on 26th June 2017, it was flown to Iran for scrapping and spare parts are now used on Iranian MD-80's. The plane is the only jet in the world wearing these colors, and has been very popular among planespotters.
