信州ブレイブウォリアーズが県内全域を繋ぐ活動　若手選手がミニバスチームに夢を届けるバスケ教室開催（abnステーション　2026.01.19）

The professional basketball B.League is on a three-week hiatus. In between seasons, Shinshu Brave Warriors players held a basketball workshop. The workshop, held on the 17th, was attended by approximately 100 elementary school students from a mini-basketball team in the Suwa region. Promising young Warriors players Fukushima and Yokoyama personally taught the children through shooting practice and mini-games. This is an unusual attempt for a club to have active players provide instruction during the season. ■ Kazuto Aono, Team General Manager "Next season, we'll be moving up to Japan's top league (B. Premier), so we'll be doing appropriate activities. Being good at basketball alone isn't enough, so we want to be a club that can create win-win situations and that everyone can be proud of." The Warriors play many games in Nagano City. Under the slogan "ALL Shinshu," they traveled to Shimo-Suwa Town with the aim of connecting the entire prefecture. ■Participating Elementary School Student "They taught me how to practice, including vocal and skill menus. They were fast and fun. I'd never met a pro before, so it was a valuable experience for me to meet them for the first time. I was grateful for the fun time." Energized by the children, they're on their way to the top! League play resumes on the 24th.
