In this episode, we arrived at the breathtaking Mucubají Lagoon, where we spent two nights at 3,600 meters above sea level in our motorhome. The biggest challenge was getting the engine started at this extreme altitude… after several attempts and a lot of tension, it finally fired up. But the adventure didn't end there. We decided to climb even higher, to the imposing Collado del Cóndor, the highest point on the road in Venezuela at 4,117 meters above sea level. Can a heavy bus withstand these conditions? Does the altitude affect the engine? What does it feel like to be above the clouds? We experienced one of the most challenging moments of our trip through the Venezuelan Andes.
