Jhalmuri (Jhal Muri) is a very popular street food in Kolkata, which is spicy, hot, and crispy. It is similar to Bhelpuri, but the use of mustard oil and special "bhaja masala" makes it different. It is made by mixing puffed rice with boiled potatoes, finely chopped onions and cucumbers, chanachura, peanuts, mustard oil, and spices and serving immediately. झालमुड़ी (Jhal Muri) कोलकाता का एक बहुत ही लोकप्रिय स्ट्रीट फूड है, जो चटपटा, तीखा और कुरकुरा होता है. यह भेलपुरी जैसा ही है लेकिन इसमें सरसों के तेल और विशेष "भाजा मसाले" का उपयोग इसे अलग बनाता है. इसे बनाने के लिए मुरमुरे में उबले आलू, बारीक कटी प्याज-खीरा, चनाचूर, मूंगफली, सरसों का तेल और मसाले मिलाकर तुरंत परोसा जाता है
