The underground section goes parallel to the elevated section, passing through Linh Nam and Tam Trinh streets, the administrative area of ​​Hoang Mai district, and Bui Huy Ich street before coming to Giai Phong intersection. After Giai Phong intersection, the road is called Hoang Liet Street and runs for about 1 km, crossing the bridge over Linh Dam lake to Nguyen Huu Tho street.
