Hardest Starts in Modded CK3

Saw a post on r/CrusaderKings asking about difficult starts in the vanilla game and it got me thinking about what starts I (or the devs) find difficult in different mods. Note, some of these may not be the technical hardest (I got some of the responses back after I had already finished making this) but hopefully we'll get some good comments below and you will have even more to choose from. Hopefully this will be a fun resource to jump start future play throughs in a variety of mods and give you some challenge that the base game usually lacks.
