In this video, I show my complete routine on a different day: with USP on strike, I had to reorganize my day and focus on other activities. Even without going to university, I managed to maintain a consistent routine with work and training. 📚 In the morning, I started the day with reading and leg training at the gym. 👨‍🏫 In the afternoon, I worked teaching online Physics classes at Estratégia Vestibulares. 💻 At night, I stayed home editing videos, since USP is on strike. When you set priorities, you avoid wasting time on tasks that don't add value and you can maintain consistency, which is the main factor for progress in any of these areas. In my case, this means dividing my day well between lesson preparation, recordings, studying, etc. 🏛️ What it's like to study at USP: The University of São Paulo (USP) is considered the largest public university in Brazil and one of the best in Latin America.
