Rashida Braggs' "Few Meet Paris, but Bobby Blew it Up 1969 Onward," Duc Des Lombards, July 1, 2025
On July 1, 2025, Rashida K. Braggs performed her original spoken word poem "Few Meet Paris, but Bobby Blew it Up 1969 Onward" at the Parisian jazz club, Duc des Lombards. The poem is based on her interview and research on the American jazz pianist Bobby Few's life and work in Paris. Few passed away in 2021. The poem was also published in the journal Jazz & Culture, Vol. 5, Issue 1 (2022).
