Maleficent/Diaval - Let me be your Wings - for bemusedlybespectacled

When I was looking at Maleval fanart on tumblr I noticed bemusedlybespectacled 's hashtag "otp: Let me be your wings" (https://bemusedlybespectacled.tumblr....) which brought the Tumbelina song back to my mind. I listened to it again ant noticed that the lyrics are 95% perfect! So I had to make a video since I love Maleficent, even though I have just seen it about 8 months ago. I had the movie for ages but never watched it and ultimetely I forgot about it. When my hard drive was broken I only had my laptop and couldn't edit videos, so I had time. I remembered the movie, watched it and was blown away! The bonds between Aurora and Maleficent and Maleficent and Diaval were heartbreaking! And I loved the fact that the movie broke the "Prince saves the Girl" stereotype. The kiss of motherly love was a smart move and Philip's constant talking before the kiss was really funny! -- The lyrics are pretty self-explanatory. Diaval is Maleficent's wings and they form a bond. There is only one scene I created in this video (Maleficent watching while Diaval rocks Aurora's cradle because I could find no night scene of him flying and spying for her (unintentional rhyme here ;))) and all the other clips were perfect for the lyrics just the way they are. The techniques and cinematography of the transformation scenes still fascinates me.
