Pilates Reformer Intermedio con Variaciones: Clase 1

Here's the first class in this Intermediate Pilates Reformer series, in which I'll be introducing small variations so you can apply it to your own workouts and those of your students. I hope you'll give it a go! About me: I'm Verónica Muriel, a physical therapist specializing in Pilates and a former elite athlete. The TOUGH and DISCIPLINED image you see of me, both physically with my abs and mentally with my self-discipline, is simply a consequence of overcoming certain adversities in my life, such as the death of my mother when I was only 5 years old, becoming a world medalist in taekwondo, starting my own physical therapy and Pilates business against what everyone around me told me, breaking up after 10 years with a "normal" relationship in which I wasn't happy, and coming out of the closet at 32 and marrying Elena, the love of my life.
