A method to help students bridge the gap between AI efficiency and academic integrity. /// The sixth edition of the University:Future Festival took place from 22 to 24 June 2026 under the theme Under Pressure! The physical locations of the hybrid festival were Berlin, Braunschweig, Essen, Graz, Hamburg and Nuremberg. The University:Future Festival (U:FF) is the largest event dedicated to the (digital) future of academic education. Topics include AI, future skills, teaching and learning, and strategic processes. Participants experienced a diverse programme featuring around 280 contributions from approximately 550 speakers! The University:Future Festival is a collaboration between the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung, the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre, and the Stifterverband. The partner stages were organised by the Emerging Tech Lab and the Media Lab of the Projekthaus at TU Braunschweig, by ORCA.nrw, Graz University of Technology, Ohm University of Applied Sciences and UTN Nuremberg, as well as the University of Hamburg in cooperation with OERCamp.
