From my 78rpm record collection. Columbia-Lucky "DANCE RHYTHMS OF TO-DAY 1936" album, S-9(B-side) "FLOWER LEI" Sol Hoopii and His Novelty Quartet. Recorded in mid 1930's He was an Hawaiian guitarist, claimed by many as the all-time best lap-steel guitar virtuoso, and he is without any doubt one the most famous original hawaiian steel guitarists, along with Joe Kekuku, Frank Ferera, Sam Ku West and Ben "King" Nawahi.
