Sharing knowledge freely and accessibly for everyone: This video showcases brief moments from the participation of our mayor, Débora F. Q., and Fabrizio V. at the 10th Congress of Mayors of Metropolitan Lima, organized by the Regional Directorate of Education (DREL), at the Alfonso Ugarte Educational Institution. It was a morning of work and sharing experiences among the mayors of Lima's districts.
