Perfect for coffee, tea, or as a special highlight on the dessert plate. 🧾 Ingredients Dough 🔺 200 g flour 🔺 100 g cold butter 🔺 1 pinch of salt 🔺 100 g sour cream 🔺 2 egg yolks Meringue 🔺 2 egg whites 🔺 1 pinch of salt 🔺 100 g powdered sugar 🔺 1/2 tsp lemon juice 🔺 10 g cornstarch Additionally 🔺 Blanched almonds or other nuts to taste 🔺 Powdered sugar for dusting 👩‍🍳 Preparation – Brief & Clear Coarsely grate the cold butter and process it into fine crumbs with the flour. Fold in the sour cream and egg yolks, mixing the dough briefly. Divide the dough into portions, shape into balls, and chill. Whip the egg whites with salt, gradually incorporating the sugar. Fold in the lemon juice and cornstarch, then fill a piping bag. Roll out the dough very thinly, fold, fill with meringue, and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 180 °C for about 18–20 minutes until golden yellow.
