«Бьющие пальцы» Вин Чун – 2.

The martial art of Wing Chun (Wing Chun Kun) was created solely for practical purposes, to defeat an opponent in the fastest and safest way possible. Biu Jee is the third form of the martial art of Wing Chun. It teaches the use of elbows and fighting at extremely close range. This third form fully reveals the fundamental tactical principle of Wing Chun: "The best defense is an offense." The concept of "Long Bridges" is introduced, along with the use of "Elastic Power" (specific hip work) and stance rooting (constantly lowering and raising the body's center of gravity) transforming every fighter's movement into an attack. Fighting techniques at the third level are characterized by continuous, constantly changing attacks. Defense and offense are no longer differentiated. Both arms and legs work in sync, defending and attacking simultaneously, in a single movement. Sifu Anatoly BELOSHCHIN - Vice President and co-founder of IWCO - continues to analyze the technique of the BIU JEE Form (Hitting Fingers).
