1.下受小手投 Shitauke Kote Nage 少林寺拳法 Shorinji Kempo

下受小手投① 龍華拳 二段 板書に下受蹴小手投と書いてあるが、下受小手投です。この技法は二段向けの技法です。 相手の右中段突をやや左にかわしながら同時に左手の柔らかい部分で相手の手首外側を右斜め後方に下受けを行い相手の突きの力を減衰させるのである。そして相手の手首を掴むと同時に右手で相手の右手の甲の裏側を下方から上方に攻めながら左足を斜め後方に大きく開き退がり相手を空中に大きく振り投げるのである。これが小手投げは振り投げであるという所以である。私はこの小手投げを北海道に指導に来られた中野益臣先生から詳細に指導を受けたことを今でも鮮明に記憶している。中野先生が強調されていたことは、「小手投げは振り投げでありかなりの距離を相手を空中に振り投げることができる。振り投げを行わない小手投げは小手投げとは言えないのである。」中野先生独特の言い回しで指導され、私もその運歩法と下受け、掛け手の方法、そして振り投げである。相手が大きく空中に飛んで行くのを目の当たりにすることができるようになったのである。困ったことに相手がこの技法で空中に投げ飛ばされるのは大変な恐怖を覚えるのである。完全な受け身防御をできなければ非常な危険を伴う技法であると云えるかもしれない。 Shitauke Kote Nage① Ryukaken Second Dan Although it is written on the board as Shitauke Geri kotenage, it is Shita-uke-kote-nage. This technique is for 2nd dan. While dodging the opponent's right middle thrust slightly to the left, at the same time, use the soft part of your left hand to lower the outside of your opponent's wrist diagonally backwards to the right, reducing the force of your opponent's thrust. Then, at the same time as you grab the opponent's wrist, you attack the back of the opponent's right hand from below to above with your right hand, and then step back with your left leg wide diagonally backwards, swinging your opponent into the air. This is why kote-nage is called furi-nage. I still vividly remember receiving detailed instruction in this technique from Sensei Masuomi Nakano, who came to Hokkaido to teach. What Sensei Nakano emphasized was that Kote-nage is a furi-nage and can throw the opponent a considerable distance into the air. Kote-nage without furi-nage cannot be called kote-nage. Nakano-sensei taught me using his unique way of speaking, and I also learned how to walk, how to use shita uke ,kakete and how to use hiraki sagari and furinage throwing. I was now able to watch my opponent fly high into the air. Unfortunately, when the opponent is thrown into the air using this technique, it is extremely frightening.
