The Best LPVO and the Reason I Tossed It I have what many consider to be the best low power variable optic for prepared citizens. And here is why I'm getting rid of it for another optic setup. LPVO's or low power variable optics are very versatile scopes that have a lot to offer. However, there are some compromises that are made in order to facilitate the 1x magnification capability. I spent a year using what could be called the best LPVO out there to ensure I developed an experienced opinion before making a decision regarding the LPVO concept as a whole.
