The report stated that the top 1.1m of the house was leaning over by 80mm. The reason this happened is that there were NO ties in the entire wall, holding both skins of brickwork up! As 95 years went by, the walls began to buckle and lean. We were able to take down the top section of this wall, and rebuild it with LOADS of ties. Hopefully giving the house a decent chance of continuing to stand the test of time
