It's gradual, not all of a sudden. A big part of the journey is getting comfortable with your own intuition. It takes alot of time to understand how you personally receive and understand the messages, how open you are to other thoughts and opinions and how grounded you are in your own. Changing perspective is not fickle or weak. It's evolution of the soul that learns through being forming his own reasons through his own experience causing him to ground in his practice.
