The King of Light - Rauru FOR SMASH! (Challenger Concept #63)

Tears of the Kingdom has recently just reached its one year anniversary, and it's not a stretch to say that this game has added a ton of potential for the Zelda franchise going into the next Smash Bros. From a plethora of new abilities for Link and Zelda to use, to a Ganondorf whose potential playstyle could be just what fans of the franchise are looking for, to even potential newcomers from this game's colorful cast of side characters...and chief amongst them is the First King of Hyrule and the one who gave Link his arm as a means of saving his life...Rauru. While we don't get to see very much of Rauru in Tears of the Kingdom, we are given a pretty clear idea of his abilities through not only shows of strength, but also the flexibility of the Zonai and the various abilities they can utilize through the Ultrahand, Fuse, Ascend and Autobuild. While that's the case, it's clear that Rauru himself prefers magic over machinery, and he's here today to show the world of Smash just how powerful the Zonai truly are.
