25 Uniform Circular Motion
In this video, we introduce uniform circular motion and explain how an object can move at constant speed while its velocity changes direction. We define period, use vT = 2 pi r to connect speed with the time for one revolution, introduce radians through arc length, and derive the important relationship v = r omega. We also solve two examples: the period of a ball moving in a circle and the angular velocity of a car tire.
