I hope I find you all well. Today I made this absolutely delicious potato bake! This works really well as a side but would be just as tasty on it’s own as a lunch, or even as a main meal :) You could add all sorts of things to this to make it your own…sweetcorn, mushrooms, peas, leeks, herbs :) shredded chicken would also be great in this and change up the cheese to suit yourself. Everything I used will be below. -Cheryl x ______________________________________________________________________ What I used - Serves 5-6 as a side 700g (25 oz) Potatoes - I used Maris Piper A little olive oil for frying 1 Large onion - Thinly sliced 1 Teaspoon minced garlic or two cloves finely sliced 400g (14 oz) Cooked ham or bacon - cubed or cut into chinks 400g (14 oz) Chicken soup - I used Heinz 200g (7 oz) Condensed chicken soup - I used Campbells 300g (10.5 oz) Grated cheese - I used Gruyere, but cheddar works well too Salt & pepper to taste __________________________________________________________________________ CONTACT ME: PO Box - Write to me here: What's For Tea?
